Unboxed: MSI N460GTX HAWK
Twin Frozr II’s double, 8-cm fan stand ready to dissipate heat from the heatsink unit below.
The heatsink employs four heatpipes to help with the heat transfer. Two among which are the significantly larger MSI “SuperPipes”.
Aside from the usual, 6-pin PCI Express power connectors, we also noticed three V-Check Points on the rear. Using a multimeter, users can monitor the voltage supplied to the GPU, memory, and PLL through these check points.
A rather complete array of accessories is included in the package. We found a mini-HDMI to HDMI converter, DVI to D-SUB converter, two molex to 6-pin PCI Express power cable converters, and… three V-Check Points Cable for the voltage measurement purposes. All you have to do to check the voltage is plug these cables into the V-Check points, and then connect them to your multimeter of choice.
The following softwares are bundled in the DVD:
- Loiloscope
- Norton Internet Seurity
- NVIDIA Design Garage
- NVIDIA SuperSonic Sled
- NVIDIA 3DVision Player
- MSI Afterburner 2.0 Beta 4
- MSI Kombustor
