Gigabyte X58A-UD9: A Massive Board for a Massive Score

The package includes lots of extra trinkets, of course.  US$ 600 is a lot of money for a motherboard, and you should expect nothing less.

Gigabyte’s Hybrid Silent Pipe is also included in the package, along with four small screws and a thermal paste needed for the installation. You can put this on the northbridge, to help with the cooling. It won’t beat any of the extreme cooling that extreme overclockers are more than likely to use, but at least it’s not as complicated to install, and… hey, it emits zero noise!
