Review-ZOTAC GTS 450 aMP! Edition: Factory Overclocked, Interesting Software Bundle

You will need at least a 400 watt PSU with one, 6-pin power connector for this card.
This is the VRM section of the graphics card.

Just like any other, modern graphics card, a PCI Express 2.1 x16 connector is used as the main interface.

An SLI connector on top of the card stands ready to connect it with an identical pair for multi-GPU processing.
Two DVI connectors, one HDMI port, and one Display Port connector are available on the backplate, providing a relatively complete display output selection.
The card’s PCB layout, as seen from the back.

ZOTAC uses Samsung memory chips for this product.

Close to the PCI Express connector, we found a prodilizer chip. We didn’t see such addition on some other, pre-overclocked GTS 450s that we have tested prior to this product’s arrival. It appears that ZOTAC has taken the initiative to ensure a steadier flow of power.
