Review-OCZ Agility 3 SSD: SandForce 2 Goes Mainstream

Moving on to performance testing, we brought the RevoDrive and Vertex 3 along for comparison purposes. It will be interesting to see how the “mainstream” Agility 3 performs against these two speed demons.

HDTune

Agility 3 is toe-to-toe with the Vertex 3 in our HD Tune benchmark. The SSD performs remarkably well with compressible files.

I/O Meter

In I/O Meter, Agility 3 falls slightly behind the Vertex 3. This is especially apparent in the Sequential Read and Write test.
