DA’s GeForce GT 430 has a rather unassuming look due to its low-profile form factor.

Less performance means less power consumption, and the GT 430 fares better than its higher-end brothers in this particular aspect. You won’t need to plug any additional cable from your PSU to power it up .

A complete array of display output selection can be found on the back, consisting of DVI, D-SUB, and HDMI version 1.4a connectors.

For those who don’t need D-SUB/ VGA output, the corresponding connector can be detached to reduce the overall size of the graphics card.

This is how the card looks like with the smaller backplate installed.

You can still use the D-SUB connector with the smaller backplate, but that would require two expansion slots since the connector is located on a second plate, to be installed right next to the first one.
