Moving on to performance testing. We brought along an ATI Radeon HD 5830 for comparison purposes. As usual, we used Crysis as part of our test software suite. In this particular game, the Gigabyte GV-N460OC-768I yielded a respectable 44.92 FPS, which brings it ahead of the Radeon HD 5830 by 14%.

It sure is a bit dated, but Left 4 Dead provides a good indication of overall system performance. We recorded a custom timedemo which is specifically designed to test the GPU. The tide turned and the HD 5830 scored 9% higher than the Gigabyte GV-N460OC-768I.
Batman Arkham Asylum
Setting : 1920×1080; No-AA; Maximum Quality; No PhysX
The Gigabyte GV-N460OC-768I managed to score slightly above the HD 5830. At 137 FPS, it’s around 9% faster compared to its adversary.
